Nature’s Nook Art – Return and Refund Policy

Nature’s Nook Art prepares materials and reserves staffing and space based on advance registrations. For that reason, purchases for classes, workshops, paint nights, private events, art kits, and take-home projects are generally non-refundable. When possible, we offer event credit according to the terms below.

Public Classes, Workshops, and Paint Nights

If you are unable to attend a scheduled public class, workshop, or paint night, you may request a credit toward a future Nature’s Nook Art event.

• You must notify Nature’s Nook Art at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.

• Credits are valid for one year from the original event date.

• Credits may be used for one future event of equal or lesser value.

• If the new event costs more, you may pay the difference.

• Any unused portion of a credit is not refundable or redeemable for cash.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event and no-shows are not eligible for credit.

• Tickets and credits have no cash value.

Private Parties and Events

Deposits for private parties and events are non-refundable because the date and staffing are reserved specifically for your group.

A deposit may be transferred one time to a new available date when Nature’s Nook Art receives at least 72 hours’ notice. The rescheduled event must take place within one year of the original event date and is subject to availability.

Additional cancellation and payment terms included in a private-event invoice or agreement will also apply.

Cancellations by Nature’s Nook Art

If Nature’s Nook Art must cancel an event, registered participants may choose either:

• A refund of the amount paid for the canceled event; or

• A credit toward a rescheduled date or another Nature’s Nook Art event.

Nature’s Nook Art is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including transportation, lodging, food, or other personal costs.

Art Kits, Take-Home Projects, and Craft Supplies

Sales of art kits, take-home projects, completed artwork, and DIY craft supplies are final and non-refundable.

If a kit is damaged when received or is missing a required component, please contact Nature’s Nook Art within seven days so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement when available.
