Nature’s Nook Art – Return & Refund Policy
At Nature’s Nook Art, we strive to provide a creative and enjoyable experience for all our participants. Because art supplies and materials are consumable products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, workshops, or events. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to ensure you can still enjoy your artistic experience at a later date.
Event Cancellation & Credit Policy
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, workshop, or paint party, you may receive a credit for the event.
- Credits are valid for one year from the original event date and can be applied toward any future event of equal or lesser value.
- To receive a credit, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the event. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will not be eligible for a credit.
Custom & Private Event Policies
- Deposits for private events are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date with at least 72 hours’ notice.
- If Nature’s Nook Art needs to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full credit toward a rescheduled date or a future event.
Product & Kit Sales
- All sales on art kits, take-home projects, and DIY craft supplies are final and non-refundable.
